Questions partners ask
Does it cost anything to join?
No. The programme is free for approved partners, subject to the Partner Programme Terms.
Do I need to be a salesperson?
No. Your role is to make credible introductions. Ecare Africa handles the sales conversation, demonstration, quotation, onboarding and implementation.
Can marketers and sales agents join?
Yes. Accountants, medical representatives, administrators, consultants, IT professionals, marketers, sales professionals and other people with healthcare connections can apply, either as individuals or as companies and agencies.
How much can I earn?
Approved partners can earn up to 15% on qualifying sales, subject to the Partner Programme Terms. Your exact rate is confirmed when you are approved. Commission is calculated on eligible revenue actually received from the referred customer.
How are referrals tracked?
Every approved partner receives a unique referral link, code and QR code. A prospect who arrives through your link is attributed to you for 90 days, and the first valid referral is protected. You can also submit direct referrals from your dashboard.
When and how do I get paid?
Commission becomes payable after the customer's payment has been received and the conditions in the Partner Terms are met. You can see each commission's status in your dashboard. Payout details are collected only through a secure process after approval — never in the public application form.
What can I refer?
Hospitals, clinics, medical practices, laboratories, pharmacies, radiology and imaging centres, and healthcare groups. This is a business-to-business technology programme: do not refer or share information about individual patients.
Is this a patient referral programme?
No. It is a B2B healthcare-technology referral programme. Patient information must never be submitted through any Partner Programme form.
Can a company or agency become a partner?
Yes. The application supports both individuals and companies or organisations.
Can I keep my current job or business?
Partners are independent. You remain responsible for making sure taking part does not conflict with any employer, principal or professional obligations, and we ask you to disclose relevant conflicts of interest.
How long does approval take?
We review applications as quickly as we can and email you the outcome. If you apply with a complete profile and a clear description of your network, review is usually faster.
