We are looking to hire a Sales representative and Sales Intern who will be responsible for executing customer acquisition strategy  across the value chain in the consumer, corporate and partnerships space we play in.

 

We are looking to hire a Sales representative who will be responsible for leading in customer acquisition the value chain in the consumer, corporate and partnerships space we play in. This individual will identify, qualify and prospect target customers to sell our consumer products and services to them.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Presenting, promoting software products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  2. Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
  3. Preparing, planning and executing marketing campaigns.
  4. Contributing information, ideas and research to help in developing marketing strategies.
  5. Reach out to customers leads through cold calling.
  6. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  7. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  8. Analyze territory/market potential, track sales and status reports.
  9. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  10. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  11. Setting up marketing schedules, coordinating with colleagues and other professionals to implement different marketing strategies.
  12. Developing sales strategies and approaches for various products and services.
  13. Answering questions from clients about software products and services.
  14. Maintaining excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.
  15. Analyzing trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
  16. Collecting feedback from clients and advising on strategies to improve customer experience.

Qualifications

 

What we require from you

  1. 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in Software sales. Experience in healthcare operations is an added advantage.
  2. Proven track record of success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting and creating new business.
  3. Experience in System Management and IT Infrastructure.
  4. Strong knowledge of MS Office and CRM applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Social media platforms).
  5. Ability to travel 50% of the time.

  4. Performing cost benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.
  5. Documenting customer feedback on a monthly basis.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL EFFORT:

  1. Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little or advance notice.
  2. Regular and extensive travel is required.
  3. Requires doing a lot of phone calls and emailing.

We are looking to hire a Sales representative intern who will support in marketing and customer acquisition for our software products.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Contributing information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
  2. Helping to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered
  3. Setting marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels
  4. Developing sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.
  5. Answering questions from clients about product and service benefits
  6. Maintaining excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
  7. Tracking sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals
  8. Analyzing trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
  9. Creating and presenting regular performance reports for managers and executives
  10. Attending trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed.

  2. Good communication skills.
  3. Knowledge in System Management and IT Infrastructure.
