Backend Developer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Backend Developer to join our growing team at CRESWAVE LIMITED. As a Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining the backend systems that power our applications. Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define project requirements.
  • Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable backend services using Java Spring Boot.
  • Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
  • Implement data storage solutions, including databases, caching mechanisms, and data transformation processes.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and responsiveness.
  • Identify and address bottlenecks and bugs in the backend infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with the front-end development team to design API endpoints that meet both functional and technical requirements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to backend systems and APIs.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in backend development and technologies.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in I.T, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Backend Developer, with a focus on Java Spring Boot development.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience in designing and developing them.
  • Proficiency in database design and management, including MYSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies such as Angular and Ionic is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for learning and staying updated with emerging technologies.
