Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Identify and Pursue Sales Opportunities-proactively engage with potential customers to promote Creswave’s software solutions tailored to the healthcare sector.
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies-Create effective plans to meet and exceed sales targets, while focusing on client acquisition and retention.

  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and recommend innovative sales approaches for healthcare solutions.

  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams-work closely with technical teams to understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of software solutions to clients.

  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships-foster strong relationships with healthcare organizations, decision-makers, and industry stakeholders.

  • Conduct Product Demonstrations-present software capabilities and benefits to prospective clients through demos and workshops.

  • Prepare Sales Proposals-develop compelling sales proposals, RFP responses, and contracts tailored to client needs.

  • Attend Networking Events-represent Creswave at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand business opportunities.

  • Track and Report Sales Metrics-monitor performance, generate sales reports, and provide insights to improve strategies.

  • Stay Updated-keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in healthcare and software solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, BBIT or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in software or healthcare solutions.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Sector: Familiarity with healthcare systems and processes is a significant advantage.
  • Technical Understanding: Ability to understand and articulate software functionality to non-technical clients.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client engagement and presentations.
  • Customer-Focused: A passion for solving client challenges with tailored solutions.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Proficiency in CRM Tools: Experience using CRM platforms to manage sales pipelines and customer data.
